High Velocity Gymnastics and Cheer
Gymnastics is known to assist in the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of young children.
Each lesson is geared toward developing the child's self-esteem and confidence. The lessons build over the weeks, as the children learn rolls, jumps, balancing, stretching and other motor activities.
In a cooperative effort with Bright Beginnings Academy Preschool, High Velocity Gym is pleased to offer instructional gym time to Pre-Schoolers in the BIG gym.
Schedule and Fees
Instructional classes will be offered during BBA 'recess times': Once a week on Wednesday for 2 and 3 year olds, and twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday, for Pre-K students.
